Marlene Spence is a leading expert in child behaviour and development, bringing over 21 years of experience to her roles as a Child Behaviour Specialist and Parenting Coach. Her commitment to supporting children and families has made a significant impact, especially for those facing autism, ADHD, anxiety, developmental delays, and behavioural challenges.
As the founder of Cornerstone Family Services and the co-owner and executive director of Hope Endoors Community Inc., Marlene has dedicated herself to creating supportive environments where young people can transition smoothly from youth to adulthood. Her work is particularly focused on helping those with intellectual disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
Marlene’s innovative contributions include the creation of Reward’um™, a re-stickable routine chart that has transformed daily routines for countless families and educators. Her practical and effective strategies have been featured on CTV, CHCH, and Cityline, showcasing her as a thought leader in her field.
In addition to her direct service work, Marlene is deeply involved in The Chance Centre (TCC), where she continues to drive forward initiatives aimed at fostering opportunities for underserved communities. Through TCC, she champions programs that empower individuals with disabilities and those from diverse backgrounds, advocating for a world where every person is supported to achieve their full potential.
